2. Business Listings
• Listings may be created by us (based on publicly available information) or by
business owners.
• Business owners can claim their listing by registering and verifying ownership.
• All information provided must be accurate, up-to-date, and lawful.
• We reserve the right to edit, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these terms
or Dutch law.

3. User Accounts
• Users and business owners must register with a valid email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
• You agree not to use another person’s account or share your login credentials.

4. Use of Platform
Users may:
• Search and filter businesses.
• Save (“star”) businesses for later.
• Contact businesses through the platform’s messaging system.
Users may not:
• Use the platform for spam, fraud, or illegal activities.

• Collect data (scraping) without written permission.
• Harass, mislead, or impersonate businesses or other users.

5. Contacting Businesses
• Messages sent through our platform are forwarded to the listed business.
• We do not guarantee responses from businesses.
• Contact details of businesses may be partially hidden to prevent spam.

6. Premium Services & Payments
• Some features may be subject to subscription or one-time fees (e.g., featured
listings, advertising).
• Payment terms will be clearly stated before purchase.
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by Dutch consumer law.

7. Intellectual Property
• The desibiz.nl platform, logo, design, and database are our intellectual property.
• Business owners retain ownership of their logos, images, and content but grant us a
license to display them on the platform.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or republish our platform content without permission.

8. Liability Disclaimer
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of business listings.
• We are not responsible for transactions, agreements, or disputes between users and
businesses.
• Use of our website is at your own risk.

9. Data Protection & Privacy
• We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.
• By using our platform, you agree to such processing.

10. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.
• Users may delete their account at any time.

11. Governing Law & Disputes
• These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
• Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
