2. Personal Data We Collect

• Information you submit in business listings, claims, reviews, quote requests, contact messages, and newsletter subscriptions. Public listing details and reviews may be visible to visitors.
• Messages and photos you provide to the AI assistant when requesting a match with businesses.
• Technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as IP address, browser information, and the essential session cookie.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Operate accounts and publish and manage business listings.
• Verify and approve business claims and route quote requests to matching businesses after your agreement in the assistant.
• Send account and service-related messages and the newsletter when you subscribe.
• Improve and secure the website, meet legal obligations, and prevent fraud.

• Consent, where you opt in to a newsletter, optional analytics, or sharing a quote request.
• Contract or steps taken at your request to provide account, listing, and matching services.

5. Sharing of Data

We do not sell personal data. We use service providers for hosting, uploaded files, email delivery, and processing assistant messages. A quote request, your name, and account email are shared with matching businesses only after you explicitly agree in the assistant, so those businesses can contact you about the request. Public listing and review details are visible on the site. We may also disclose data when legally required.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use an essential session cookie and store your cookie preference in your browser. Optional analytics is consent-gated if configured. We do not currently use advertising or marketing cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details.

7. Data Retention

• Account information is retained while your account is active, subject to applicable legal obligations.
• Listings, reviews, requests, and quotes may remain in the platform until removed or deleted under the applicable service rules or a valid data request.
• A request may expire for matching purposes without its record being immediately deleted. Contact us for a specific retention or deletion request.
