• desibiz.nl is an online directory for Indian businesses in the Netherlands.
• Listings are currently free. Optional paid features may be introduced in the future with clear terms before purchase.
• We do not sell products or act as an agent for listed businesses.

2. Business Listings

• Listings may be created from public information or submitted by business owners.
• Owners may claim a listing after registration and ownership verification.
• Submitted information must be accurate, current, and lawful.
• We may edit, suspend, or remove listings that breach these terms or Dutch law.

3. User Accounts

• Register with a valid email address.
• Keep account credentials confidential.
• Do not use another person's account or share login credentials.

4. Use of Platform

• Users may search and filter businesses and contact them through available platform features.
• Users may not use the platform for spam, fraud, illegal activity, unauthorized scraping, harassment, deception, or impersonation.

5. Contacting Businesses

• Messages sent through the platform are forwarded to the listed business.
• We do not guarantee a response.
• Business contact details may be partially hidden to prevent spam.

6. Premium Services & Payments

• There are currently no paid listing or checkout features on the platform.
• If paid services are introduced, their price, payment terms, and applicable cancellation or refund rights will be shown before purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

• The desibiz.nl platform, logo, design, and database are our intellectual property.
• Business owners retain their logos, images, and content and grant us permission to display them.
• Platform content may not be copied, reproduced, or republished without permission.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of listings.
• We are not responsible for transactions, agreements, or disputes between users and businesses.
• Use of the website is at your own risk.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.

10. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
• Users may delete their account at any time.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands.
